Life Care means you’ll have a guaranteed plan in place for your future.

Pricing is based on each floor plan size and entrance fee refundable options. Life Care offers many benefits, secured by an entrance fee and a monthly service fee. Independent Living entrance fees begin at $101,000 and monthly service fees begin at $3,200.

With Life Care, you’ll enjoy lifetime, unlimited access to on-site assisted living and skilled nursing. Financially, Life Care at Friendship Village could also provide tax-deductible benefits for the entrance fee and annually for the monthly fee.
