Meet the Fountain View Staff
Ryan McHugh, Fountain View Administrator
Ryan joined the Fountain View at Friendship Village Sunset Hills team in July 2015, after spending the previous year as Executive Director of a newly-opened assisted living and memory care community in the Denver area. Prior to his Colorado venture, Ryan had worked in Administration at another St. Louis-area assisted living community; a role he fulfilled for nearly five years before being promoted. Ryan brings years of experience and a well-rounded knowledge of the Senior Living industry and its strict regulations. Ryan has a true passion for helping seniors, which can be seen daily as he spends quality time with the residents! Ryan has a hands-on approach to his resident-centered care program, ensuring the highest quality of life for all of the residents. Ryan’s goal is to make sure his residents are safe, happy and healthy! In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, running with his dogs, attending St. Louis Cardinals games and spending time with his family.
Nicole Summers, Residency Counselor
Nicole Summers joined Fountain View as their Residency Counselor in October 2014, after a long career in the long-term care pharmacy industry. Along with her compassion to serving seniors she also brings her knowledge of customer service and experience with sales and marketing to her role at Fountain View. As Residency Counselor, she meets with prospective residents and family members as they seek to make the most informed choice in senior living options. When not at Fountain View, Nicole enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her family.
Nancy Turner, Resident Care Director
As the Resident Care Director of Fountain View, Nancy manages the care of the residents at the community. She works directly with resident's doctors and families to find a plan of care specifically for each individual. As a graduate of Lutheran School of Nursing in St. Louis, Nancy comes to Fountain View with over 15 years of nursing experience in long-term care. She enjoys getting to know the personal side of the residents, their personal experiences, achievements and sorrows. She views them all as walking historians. When not at Fountain View, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family.
