Terry Walsh, FV Services, INC. President and CEO
Friendship Village Sunset Hills Executive Director
Terry joined Friendship Village in August 2016 as Executive Director. The Board of Directors recognized his distinguished career in healthcare and faith-based senior care and senior living. Terry previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ascension Health Senior Care, the senior care subsidiary of Ascension Health, one of the nation’s largest health systems. Prior to starting Ascension Health Senior Care, Terry served on the corporate staff of Ascension Health in strategy, operations and business development.
Terry’s career in Hospitals, Health Systems, Health Programs and Post-Acute Care includes leadership positions with Ireland Army Hospital, Tripler Army Medical Center, Brooke Army Medical Center, TRICARE and PACE.
Terry retired from the U.S. Army in 2007, as a Colonel, following 22 years of active duty in the Medical Service Corps, where he held numerous executive positions leading to improved care for military families. Terry graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, earned a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University, and a Master’s Degree in Strategy Development from the U.S. Army War College. Terry’s wife and two children enjoy soccer, tennis, robotics and many other activities.
Terry is enthusiastic about joining Friendship Villages and preserving the mission of providing exceptional faith-based services for seniors throughout the St. Louis area.
Stacey Zerban, Village Care Center Administrator
Stacey has been a leader in senior care for over 15 years, and serves as the Administrator of the Village Care Center and Fountain View Assisted Living at Friendship Village Sunset Hills. Stacey joined the community in September 2016. Previously, Stacey was the Executive Director of The Quarters at Des Peres, and the CEO of Alexian Brothers Lansdowne Village. She was also the Regional Director of Business Development at Communicare Health.
Stacey graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Communication Disorders. She’s active in her community, serving on the Ajax-Il Soccer Club board of Directors and the Maple Grove Civic Association. When not working, Stacey can be found coaching one of two children’s sports teams.

Carmen Fronczak, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
Carmen is a Registered Nurse with 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration and is currently attending Logan University to complete a Master of Science Degree in Health Informatics. Her professional career includes sales and marketing positions at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, Medical West Healthcare and Apria Healthcare. She is currently very involved with the local charity organization, Mercy Hospital St. Louis Foundation. Carmen has two children. Her hobbies include running, snowboarding and traveling.

Bobbie Liverar, Community Life Services Director
Bobbie began her career with Friendship Village Sunset Hills in 1990. She is responsible for, transportation, in-house programming, annual events, creative arts and wellness programming.
Bobbie feels blessed to have the opportunity to work with a great team of people and loves to come up with new and creative ways to keep the residents healthy and active!

Jill Frein, Facilities Services Director
Jill has been in project management going on 16 years and in healthcare for 26+ years. Born and raised in a small town in Iowa, the Village was the perfect fit for her desire to be part of a small community again. She attended both University of Northern Iowa and the University of Iowa to earn her Bachelor’s degree. Jill was also a member of the UNI Women’s Golf team, a pastime she would like more time for. She started her career in the Medical Laboratory field working at a cancer center, open heart hospital, large city and small rural hospitals. She climbed the ladder to Director of Laboratory before turning to Project Management, specifically senior living construction. Jill joined the Village in 2013 and has called St Louis home for the last 17 years. She has two amazing children, a Labrador retriever and a cat. Jill enjoys reading mystery novels, spending time with extended family and watching her children play soccer, baseball and softball.

Jim Savage, Chaplain
Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Jim graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS degree in Chemistry/Biology. After spending 3 years as a Captain in the US Army, Jim graduated from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX with a MDIV degree to prepare for the ministry for which God called him. Jim pastored the Cross Keys Baptist Church in Florissant, MO for 20 years, while serving on the Board of Directors of Friendship Village for 18 years. He has been the Chaplain at FVSH since October, 007 where he is affectionately known as the “Village preacher.” Married, Jim and his lovely wife Sandy have 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren, all of whom live in the St. Louis area. That’s why he jokingly says, “There is always a grandkid either in my bed or in my wallet.”

Carmen Worley, Community Outreach Director
Carmen joined the Friendship Village team in 2011, splitting her time between fundraising and outreach on the Chesterfield campus. She moved into full-time Community Outreach for both campuses a year later and enjoys building relationships and business referrals in this role. She comes to us with experience in development, event planning, volunteer management, teaching, and communications. Carmen holds undergraduate degrees in Advertising, PR and Education from Drake University as well as a Master’s degree in Education from Washington University. She has two boys and sings at various opportunities throughout the area. She loves her family, her church, the beach, and chocolate (not always in that order)!
Tim Vosse, Chief Financial Officer
Tim joined Friendship Village in July 2017, as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Friendship Village, Tim served as the CFO for two family-held businesses. His career includes nearly 15 years in senior healthcare and services, the majority with Bethesda Health Group as CFO.
Tim is on the Board of The Independence Center and is active in the community through other professional associations. Tim graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
Tim is extremely excited to be “back home” in senior care and services with the Friendship Villages. He’s committed to preserving the mission and growing the Friendship brand to touch the lives of more seniors throughout the St. Louis area who we are fortunate to serve. Tim and his wife enjoy cooking, dining out, golf and travel. They have five children in high school and college, so are adjusting to a quieter home and look forward to the times when all the kids are together creating laughter and memories.
Tracy Lee, Resource Navigator
Tracy began her journey at Friendship Village in 1988 working in the Village Care Center as a charge nurse. After working in the Care Center for four years she was promoted to the position of Resident Services Director. Her journey continues today, as the Resource Navigator, supporting the health and wellness(and enriching the lives) of all residents who call Friendship Village home. Tracy is married and has two children and two grandchildren. Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and volunteering with her church and with Boy Scouts.
Gayle Randa, Chief Human Resource Officer
Gayle joined FV Services, Inc. in 2018, bringing more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in executive and senior leadership roles in multi-facility, and multi-state senior living operations. Gayle started her career with Via Christi Villages as Vice President of Human Resources, providing HR leadership and strategic guidance for eleven facilities with 1000 leaders and staff located in Kansas and Oklahoma. Gayle (and her family) moved to St. Louis in 2014 to serve as Chief Human Resources Officer for Ascension Health Senior Care, the senior care subsidiary of Ascension Health, one of the nation’s largest health systems. Gayle holds an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University as well as a Masters of Human Resources Development from Webster University.
Gayle’s passion is to cultivate happy, motivated and engaged employees. Not only through competitive compensation and benefit programs but ensuring that the appropriate training and education allow all staff to grow alongside the company. Last but not least, showing every employee the respect they deserve and the value they bring to the organization.
