Pricing is based on each floor plan size and entrance fee refundable options. Life Care offers many benefits, secured by an entrance fee and a monthly service fee. Independent Living entrance fees begin at about $101,000 and monthly service fees start at $3,200.

With Life Care, you’ll enjoy lifetime, unlimited access to on-site assisted living and skilled nursing. Financially, Life Care at Friendship Village could also provide tax-deductible benefits for the entrance fee and annually for the monthly fee.
